I've got the night renderings covered. So, the hard part's done; now all we gotta do is raze half a block and start pouring concrete (only for the 40' diameter fountain though, the rest of the square will be 3 acres of CSO complimentary paver stones). No cars, enough parks benches to seat 10,000 giant crows, mounted carp speargun stations, lax enforcement of open container laws, etc... The marble inscription will read: "'A' is for alligator gar, 'B' is for baklava, "C is for 'cookie' and 'carp..." Build it and they will come, Peoria.
