Description:

I propose using social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook, to target the Millennial demographic in over crowded cities like Chicago. Young people need to see that Peoria is a fun place to live, while remaining more affordable than the major cities.

You need to empower/hire a young person to manage Peoria's social media presence. They need to highlight the best areas in Peoria. Showcase young people enjoying the breweries, trails, waterfront, restaurants, festivals, ect.
