My new idea is that i want to change my neighborhood, north lawndale, by building a basketball court in my dry neighborhood to bring some light to it. the basketball court would be on flournoy & central park when teens say “dry” we mean that all the kids in the neighborhood including me are bored out of our minds. the basketball court we usually go to is too far to walk to. so thats why it would be great to have a basketball court on the block i live on.
another reason that i want a basketball court is that the kids in the neighborhood are scared to come outside in the summer. they are afraid because kids can get shot at anytime and plus drug deals go on at the basketball court we go to .
