Back of the yards is a peaceful neighborhood but not much happens. there is a computer lab on 47th st. the problem is not many people know about it because it’s on the second floor of a citibank. this place has only 6 computers.
my idea is to relocate this community center. let’s give it its own building in the neighborhood. this will be better because more people will actually know about it. it will be visible. people will come to do their homework or learn about computers.
