With close observation..the warehouse district should be treated as such..a neighborhood that's in great need of activity..needs that should be met all year round..dental offices, diners, a mall, nightclubs, gas stations, nail salons and repair shops. All things that exist in a neighborhood to support the housing market. People pay alot of money to live in this part of town..not just because of the view..but, for the convenience. All the amenities would be in walking distance..so, there's no need for parking.
