A monthly "pot luck" dinner under the tracks on Wabash in the summer would be an awesome way to "activate" the street on the weekends and evenings. The goal is to increase the "vibrancy" of Wabash. Vibrant areas have relatively high levels of activity on nights and weekends and are places people congregate away from home and outside or regular 9 to 5 hours
