robert renner---add an observation tower similar or bigger than the one in tower park in peoria heights. visitors could get a birdseye view of the riverfront, downtown peoria and east peoria. it could be a revenue producer with a reasonable admission fee.

Nice concept..ofcourse, I'd like to see the river station be renovated, instead..possibly, include a barrier wall to protect it from flooding.
