The thing i want to change is the rat problem in the alleys and streets in my neighborhood. it is hard to walk on the sidewalk and streets because of the rats that run back and forth. they also get inside the garbage cans and get trash all over the floor which just makes more rats come in the alleys and streets and sidewalks. also the rats just think they run the neighborhood and come whenever they want to. they scare kids and parents because they might have rabies. my idea is to put more recycling bins where we could put trash that can be recycled . let’s add more garbage bins that we could use to pick up garbage that can't be recycled. my other idea is to have the rat holes clogged that way they won't be able to breed and make more rats that can mess up our neighborhood.
