Create a bus stop along the edge of Musuem Campus, near the downtown, where buses from the suburbs can pick up/drop off. It would serve dual purpose - during the day and weekends, it is good for tourists to the museums, park, and stadium. During rush hour, it could be used for commuters. Putting it near an El Train station, perhaps Roosevelt Station, would offer intermodal opportunity. Planning bus lines from the suburbs is difficult with the lack of places they can stop and wait for passengers in the downtown, this would fix it as well as improve access to Museum Campus tourist attractions.
