The current CTA Bus Rapid Transit Route J14 should be realigned to travel along the McCormick Place Busway. In order to faciliate this, bus access should be added from Congress Parkway or Balboa and Pedestrian access should be added from Roosevelt and the vicinity of 18th. The Busway Extension to 31st would be added for a new development on the Michael Reese property that could be a mix of housing and retail which could include a new waterpark. Draper and Kramer could be brought on board for their input since they own adjacent property. The route would continue to 103rd making an intermediate stop at the museum of science and industry.
