Re-Coating Railway's Pillars

Chicago, IL
Description:

For the Wabash train... re-coating with recycled plastic-rubber of variety of "neon" (very visible to the walker's eyes and less reflective to the drivers' at night) colors with artistic designs on its pillars that could serve as alter lights at night then colorful and beautiful artistic designs during the day which are open as well to public suggestions of designs (eg. historical american symbols, inspiring messages etc.) Therefore; artworks, serve as alter lights (assists cameras for lesser crimes also), cleaner and more attractive in appearance, soft to touch with human body, easy repeated re-coating process (for damages), protection for long-lasting durability to its metal made body and more...!!! ...simply me; an open minded to whatever I can and have to share that is good
