So here we are, woodlawn. almost completely overshadowed by its neighboring neighborhood hyde park/kenwood. there's nothing here really here but an green line stop (cottage grove) and a daycare. there is also an very large area of grass in the middle of it. so, my proposal is doing something with this area. the main ideal thing to put here is an park area. i say this because the place is already mostly grass already and turning it into an park
the park should have something for everyone. there can be shops and swings and even an street style skate park.
