hello my name is cleara, i’m making a proposal about building something that can make chicago better. i want to build a homeless shelter because there’s a lot of people don’t have a place to go with their children. i want to build it by the lots by near north because its big spaces from people houses because i think that there are more homeless people out there. this will be better because it will help people to get out the streets & people will have a place to go so they want be and the cold every time its the winter.
