My idea is to put a theater in my neighborhood because there are many teenagers that love to hang out with friends or just chill around the area i know from experience from growing up in my area and there are no movie theaters in portage park there is a theater where they do plays but nobody really goes there plus the nearest movie theater to go to is outside the area and one of the theaters is in a bad area. so my idea is to build a theater on addison and central there's like this big piece of land that looks good enough for a movie theater and its in the middle of the portage park.
