Per data from the Trust for Public Land’s ParkServ platform that tracks park access nationwide, only 53% of Washington residents have park space within a 10 minute walk from their home.

I think adding sidewalks to make sure residents can get to the parks safely would be a good idea (for example- north and main intersection). A futsal/soccer courts would be a great addition to one of the tennis courts by Washington Park/LGS.
