The 12 Roosevelt Road bus at one time served the Museum Campus, but has since been cut back to a loop on Indiana. Restore service to Adler Planetarium (along the current route of the 146) to make it easier for visitors and employees to get to the Museum Campus. The 18 16th/18th bus could take over the Indiana loop.
If the 12 is extended to the Adler full time, the 146 could be rerouted to serve the south end of the Museum Campus, turning around at the 18th Street Metra Station. Alternatively, the 12 could only run to the Museum Campus in the summer (when there's heavy tourist traffic) or at rush hours (when employees are trying to travel between the Roosevelt 'L' stop and the museums), and the 146 could continue its current service.
