Provide a free, hop-on/hop-off trolley in the downtown that runs 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM, that has a vehicle stop at any designated stop every ten minutes or less. This would allow people to live and work downtown without the need of a car, reduces the demand for parking, provides convenient transit throughout the downtown to encourage the downtown workforce to stay in Peoria for lunch.

Great idea. Needs to be a small circuit of just downtown attractions and businesses though. Could really increase foot traffic and draw more people to downtown shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
