Traffic generated by the Mariano’s on Webster Avenue is terrible. The strip malls along Clybourn Avenue, by their nature, are built to serve more drivers - less pedestrians. Redevelopment should avoid uses that increase the amount of automobiles on the very crowded streets that surround the site.
