This is a phenomenal idea!!! Bike parking can be difficult sometimes on Wabash and a dedicated multi level parking facility would attract many people with bikes.

I like the idea of attracting cyclists to Wabash with dedicated bike lanes and multi-level / secure bike parking (see European examples where these can be sculptural and interactive attractions, not just functional bike parking structures). However I think showers and changing rooms present too many costs and operational challenges to be practical.
