There is a lack of globalization education in Chicago high schools. We want to connect youth with experienced professionals across the city to provide an atmosphere where students can learn about and form their own opinion on global issues. We plan to create workshops centered on speakers knowledgeable about globalization and global affairs and to develop interactive curricula to supplement topics. These workshops will be primarily for students and will be set in public locales such as schools, libraries, and community centers.
