North Branch Works and the Delta Institute have partnered to develop and implement a plan for the future of the North Branch Industrial Corridor and surrounding areas. It will focus on meeting the needs of evolving manufacturing practices and enhancing the value of surrounding neighborhoods in order to attract Planned Manufacturing District compatible businesses and employment opportunities. The community will be engaged throughout a planning process that will strive to strengthen the Corridor and 30+ years of industrial retention, development policy, and investment by key community stakeholders.
