Develop a new / second home for the Green City Market on the site. Include uses / activities that would make it work within the PMD restrictions (food hub with canning / processing). The retail portion would be a smaller part of the overall operation but would be open 7 days a week and would serve and unite Lincoln Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, and other near northwest side communities.
