Michael S. Garrigan, AICP, CNU-A, AICP As the Community Development Director for the Village, Mr. Garrigan heads up the Planning, Building, and Economic Development efforts of the Village. Mr. Garrigan holds a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. Previously, Mr. Garrigan was the Planning Director for the Village of Plainfield for 15 years.
