Laurie Covington

I was born in Peoria. I was a Realtor for over 38 years. I worked on the committee for the Richard Pryor Statue. Our group decided to put the statue of Richard Pryor at the corner of State and Washington while it was still a construction site. I am running for Peoria County Board in District 11. The District is in the City of Peoria. I think having a vibrant downtown on the riverfront is vital to our community.
